What does this pull request do?

Updates Kotan-kor Kamuy:

• PH, this was erroneously listed as several mobs.
• Drop, to an official rate.
• Resistances.
• Position.

Updates Hippogryphs:

• Changes Grauberg Hippo skill list to 140 from 141 after confirming they do not use Hoof Volley (the only difference from 140 to 141)
• Updated the duration of Jettatura to 15 seconds from 10 after retail verification.
• Corrected the animation ID for Hoof Volley.
• Corrects the preparation time of Jettatura from 3s to 1s.
• Greatly improves the drop rate accuracy of all Hippogryphs.

TODO:

• Needs to have behavior added so that anytime it gains TP it utilizes Jettatura and then immediately proceeds to Hoof Volley once directly afterwards. Hoof Volley should happen even if it get stuns (ready it again).

• Hoof Volley needs to reset enmity. This is not unique to this NM, but the move itself should do it.
