plan to merge this after 11.0 at this point btw, would require reindexing cache to add the new parameter so better to do when things have settled. ill fix merge conflicts when i get to it |

Games can now be filtered by operating system.
Added operating system to the database they will be added when doing a full recheck.
Added an OS label to the "More Info" window.
Added ability to add OS to custom games.
