Closes the production readiness checklist (#59): every item is Done after #109-#113 (backup tooling, next-auth pin, strict CSP, forced dynamic rendering, e2e smoke gate). Removes the README WIP banner, points Status at the checklist, and moves the optional squashed-migration baseline plus broader e2e coverage to a deferred post-v1 list. package.json already carries 1.0.0; the v1.0.0 tag follows this merge.
