One Playwright spec (chromium): sign in with the seeded admin, assert dashboard and alerts render, and fail on any CSP console violation (beforeEach/afterEach guard). playwright.config.ts reuses the local server outside CI and starts next start in CI. New e2e CI job (postgres:16 service, migrate, seed, build, playwright) added to the aggregate ci gate. Deliberately minimal; broader coverage is v1.1 territory.
