- Azavea used to maintain the neighborhoods files. Since Azavea merged with Element 84, it has been primarily volunteer-maintained under https://github.com/opendataphilly/open-geo-data - SEPTA has updated their GTFS feeds to include more of the fields from the spec (https://gtfs.org/documentation/schedule/reference/) - In this commit, consolidated the URLs from which to download data files at the top of bootstrap_data.sh so that it's easier to update in the future.
