WebJamLLC is a "New Pages Experience" page: it does not appear in
/me/accounts even when the user is an admin, so reconnect 400'd with
"page not found in /me/accounts". Fetch the page token directly from
GET /{pageId}?fields=access_token instead — this works for both classic
(CollegeLutheran) and new (WebJamLLC) pages and returns the same token.
