The reconnect FB.login reused the previous grant ("continue with previous
settings"), so after a CollegeLutheran reconnect the WebJamLLC page was
never granted and the exchange failed with 400 "page not found in
/me/accounts". Pass auth_type: 'rerequest' to force the page picker every
time.
Also surface the backend's response message instead of a bare
"HTTP 400", so a failed reconnect says why (e.g. "page not found").
README: document the "Allowed Domains for the JavaScript SDK" Meta app
setup (the JSSDK Unknown Host domain fix), pointing to web-jam-back for
the full domain list incl. the production web-jam.com host.
