Adds ADMISSIONS.json and updates the org profile with typed count ontology: 35 governed repositories, 36 public repositories, 9 sovereign chambers, 12 hosts, 18 GitHub Packages entries, 16 canonical core package entries, 1 PyPI SDK boundary, and 1 private internal package boundary.
