- Update Go from 1.25 to 1.26.5 to fix GO-2026-5856 (crypto/tls) and all other known standard library vulnerabilities.
- Update golangci-lint from v2.5.0 to v2.11.4 for Go 1.26 compat.
- Update Containerfile and Makefile BUILD_GOVERSION accordingly.
