Part of a fix for a KSP 1.8 bug that will probably never be solved officially. Doesn't really do anything for USI's functionality, but preventing the error makes sure everything that loads after is alright "ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly" in KSP.log

This prevents an issue that started appearing in KSP 1.8 ("[ERROR] ADDON BINDER: Cannot resolve assembly").
Doesn't really do anything for USI's functionality, but should make sure everything that loads after is alright.
