英文版用新截图,中文版继续用原截图。为避免方式A(共享图片文件) 连带改动中文版,将原图恢复到独立文件 install-vsix-vscode-menu-zh.png, 并让中文版 markdown 引用它。

旧截图（242K, 974×614）替换为新截图（71K, 614×329），更清晰反映当前 VSIX 安装界面。
影响范围
仅一张图片文件
static/img/ide/get-started/install-vsix-vscode-menu.png，英文版和中文版共用此文件，同步生效。
