Starts work to close the #357 issue with the missing barrier

righty now Gothic 1 has no magic barrier. The sky/barrier effect is missing, and you can also just walk out of the world.

I fixed it and also changed it so the barrier is more noticeable since with the new lightning it was barely visible when I just implemented it regularly.

This draft starts bringing it back by:

  • added a first custom Gothic 1 magic barrier shader path inside the material shader
  • making the barrier use an animated/distorted effect instead of a normal transparent material

Still needs work:

  • tune the look
  • more work on the actual boundary damage / world limit behavior
  • performance improvements
  • maybe add a setting to toggle the strenth of the barrier effect?
