Priority Update [v1.6]

This update contain a new automatically generated PriorityList.txt file that allow the user to choose which mod should load first.
For now it's done in a pretty hacky way but does not interfere in the user experience

The CallBackManager has not changed since last update (to be fair, i'm not able to build it lol)
