The mod does what it says in the name
- Disable elytra flight or firework boosting outside selected dimensions
- Configure everything via config file or the
/deotecommand (GUI available in singleplayer/LAN) - Customize allowed dimensions and whitelist flight items (Curios supported)
- Customize warning messages
- Prevent players without the mod from joining the server

I'm not planning to backport mod to <1.21.1, since networking got changed and I don't want to get into it.
But source code is open, so you can do it by yourself.
It's not recommended to use v1.x, since it's buggy and terrible.
