Removes [undici](https://github.com/nodejs/undici). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [sst](https://github.com/anomalyco/sst). These dependencies need to be updated together. With this version bump, the deploy workflow still runs npx sst deploy --stage prod, but apps/web/sst.config.ts remains an SST v2/CDK config using SSTConfig, stacks(app), and Cron/SvelteKitSite from sst/constructs. SST v4 uses the new $config({ app, run })/sst.aws.* model instead of those v2 construct APIs, so production deploys will fail to load the config even if the normal Svelte build passes. Please either keep sst on the 2.x line or migrate the config and adapter together.
