Restore fdir's nested picomatch peer

In this lockfile, svelte-check's fdir still declares peerDependencies.picomatch: ^3 || ^4, but deleting the nested svelte-check/node_modules/picomatch@4.0.3 leaves npm resolving that peer to the hoisted picomatch@2.3.1; npm ls fdir picomatch --package-lock-only --prefix apps/web now exits with ELSPROBLEMS, while the parent lock resolves this edge cleanly. Any CI/dependency-audit step that validates the lock tree can fail, and svelte-check's fdir glob path will run against an incompatible peer.
