Added Prifddinas obstacle course, with portal support. The only thing that lacks is the third failable obstacle, as I'm not sure how to test this

I'd really appreciate if Prifddinas could be added. Planning to use that course to 99. |

I think there was some error with the stopping obstacle overlay on this course (maybe it always detects the portal as being present), but I can't test it atm, as I'm not member. |
