Aligns npm package name with the GitHub repository name.
Changes: find-and-replace @thingsai/todo-mcp-server\ → @thingsai/msft-todo-cli-mcp\ across package.json, README, docs, and spec.
Not yet published to npm, so no breaking change. All 115 tests pass.
