[WIP] Add full implementation of I6P features in torrent client

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

The implementation must be complete, implementing everything that I6P has to offer as an extra in the client beyond what already exists. It must be completely implemented from start to finish, being added as a third party. Clone the folder, place it in the project, take a look at all the files, and implement it in the torrent. Create new documents explaining how it works, etc.
