Adding paranoid-qa, an MIT-licensed Claude Code skill pack that enforces evidence discipline on an AI testing agent: every Pass/Fail verdict must cite an observed artifact (screenshot, network payload, log).
Why it fits this list: beyond the AI part, the repo contains standalone web testing checklists with nearly 1,000 individual checks (frontend, backend/OWASP API, and a most-missed-checks file) that testers can use without any AI tooling. The README includes a reproducible demo where the agent catches a payload serialization bug invisible in the UI.
