用app.py启动服务
学生信息存在txt中，启动服务后点击导入会将txt的信息导入json作为数据库
权重算法：
实现了一个简单的权重算法，基于被点名次数/总点名次数以及课堂参与率设计
对课堂参与率进行了一个简单设计，通过选择学生本次点名是否缺勤来更改课堂参与率数据
