It's the arrival of quite possibly the galaxy's worst self-defense option, from its previous post in the old Den. In short: * Adds the steel derringer into the game. Tiny, concealable, two-shot pistols with bad accuracy. * Adds the steel derringer giftbox to the game. Each one hold a single steel derringer and two standard pistol cartridges. * Adds the steel derringer giftbox crate to the game. Purchasable at Logistics for 1400 spesos, contains two giftboxes, and requires Armory access to open. * Adds the giftbox to the maintenance weapon pool, in the rare slot.

Why / Balance
I enjoy stumbling across rare and silly things when I go exploring, and I'm sure others do, too.
This would very slightly increase the number of loose firearms about, but is unlikely to increase the danger that much. A knife or spear would likely be more deadly to carry.

No real code changes, only yaml files and sprites.
