Technical details

ok this one was fucked. Den1 has both antenna.yml and screens.yml un-namespaced as well as their own ipc_antenna.yml and ipc_screens.yml in the _DEN namespace. I had to rewrite the mangled mess of the former anyways so I combined them into just one ipc_antenna and ipc_screens in the den namespace becasuse it was annoying me greatly

also the "face" layer no longer exists, so I put the screen markings on the snout layer. whatever

Test plan

you have to use a white boy and the admin tricks marking changer with the restriction removed
