…vs list-agents) Agents reached for list-agents but not pilot-director because (1) the skill description — always in context — only named the list-agents directory, and (2) the TL;DR led with list-agents and framed pilot-director as an optional afterthought (22 vs 5 mentions overall). Fix: name pilot-director as the fastest/default path in the description, and lead the TL;DR with it; list-agents becomes the 'if you already know the specialist' fallback.
