Replace the old LLM/RAG architecture with a standalone toolbox that receives pre-chunked, pre-embedded data from scrape-and-analyze. - Add POST /tools/chunks endpoint for storing article chunks with dense (pgvector) and sparse (JSONB) embeddings - New spec: specs/toolbox-api.md (external integration contract) - Updated specs: specs/rag-pipeline.md, specs/integration.md - Database schema: articles + article_chunks tables with HNSW index - Alembic migration: 002_toolbox_schema.py - Service: ToolboxService with upsert semantics and dimension validation - Contracts: ArticleInfo, ChunkData, StoreChunksRequest/Response - Tests: 24 passing (contracts, service, routers) - Delete old LLM provider code, RAG chain/retriever, chat router - Update CLAUDE.md, pyproject.toml for new architecture Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
