完善配置类／非污点类漏洞的标注方式，并修复 OpenClaw
GHSA-W7J5-J98M-W679对应的 4 条记录（entry-00241-entry-00244）主要改动：
entry_point、critical_operation和trace，移除不准确的污点传播描述。entry-00244对USER app和NOPASSWD:ALL的权限语义。
