Note
This is an unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Music Assistant project.
WateryTart is a badly named, open-source, multi-platform (Windows, Linux, Linux-arm, Mac) Plexamp-like experience for Music Assistant. Full library control, and Sendspin client for perfect audio playback.
- Windows x64 (Portable)
- Linux x64
- Linux ARM x64 ie for Raspberry Pi 5
- Mac
All you need is a Music Assistant instance running somewhere on your network. You don't need .NET as everything is with NativeAOT.
Win-x64, Linux-x64 and Linux-arm64 all feature autoupdates through Velopack.
Important
Mac client is not automatically built as I have no way of testing the update client (VeloPack)
Raspbian's default Desktop Environment doesn't implement touchscreen gestures like scrolling. As a result, if you're using a touchscreen, don't use the default Rasbian desktop environment. Instead, use something like KDE Plasma or GNOME, which do support touchscreen gestures.
WateryTart is uses Avalonia, which sounds like it comes from Camelot, and "You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!".
