Add new projects to portfolio and fix layout

Added TemplateMagic, EdgeMagic, YT Link Inspector, and Pandamation links to the portfolio page. Included scoped CSS fixes for the portfolio page to allow vertical scrolling when the content exceeds the viewport height, ensuring the index layout remains unaffected.
