…skills/) Previously global skills were installed to openclaw/skills/ (bundled dir), which is wrong: bundled dir is upstream's built-in skills. User-installed global skills belong in ~/.openclaw/skills/ (managed dir) per openclaw convention. This ensures openclaw resolves them with correct precedence and exec paths are not blocked by the allowlist for rw-mode agents.
