Pull Request
Following up on #162, this PR replaces refs to the
sample-data-docbranch that was used for testing (necessary when adding new files used in validation on that branch). Now the sampledatapackage.jsonwill reference themainbranch as originally written.Additionally, the PR updates the sample stop_times and passenger_events files to align with spec updates that were made after #162 was first created.
