Replace symbolic links with files

Earlier, files in the video-lists directory were symbolic links instead of the correct files. This release fixes this issue.

TAO ECCV Challenge

Updates:

• Rename YFCC images in annotations to have .jpg extensions, as in released data (thanks, Xingyi Zhou!).
• Release TAO test categories and json file without annotations.
• Release lists of videos used in TAO that overlap with existing datasets.
