In this PR, I have added a table of contents and added more descriptive sections to the README. I also added directions for running the app in an emulator on a Windows/Mac machine. I was able to run the app in an Android Studio emulator on a Windows machine.
I built upon the existing README to provide more clear and detailed descriptions of the features.
