This is the first full release of Slacker.jl. It now allows to remove configurations and to test, whether a configuration exists. Test converage is up to 91%. Sending is tested using postman-echo.

This is the first public release of slacker.jl and also my first Julia package.
It's capabilities are limited but for an avid slack user very helpful.
