Drop "Azure" from PlayFab branding references#169

Azure PlayFab has been renamed to just PlayFab. Update the README intro/SDK line and the plugin.cfg description accordingly. The functional `AzurePlayFab` Steam Web API identity string is intentionally left unchanged. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Azure PlayFab has been rebranded to just PlayFab, so the addon's user-facing text should follow suit.
What changed
What deliberately did not change
The literal
"AzurePlayFab"Steam Web API identity string (used inSteam.getAuthTicketForWebApi("AzurePlayFab"), the Steam docs, and theLoginWithSteamRequest.gdcomment) is left untouched. That value is a functional integration contract that must match PlayFab's Steam add-on "Identity" config, so renaming it could break Steam authentication. This PR is branding-only.
