- Add ngircd + prosody as GitHub Actions service containers - Remove prosody/ngircd/python deps from Dockerfile (no longer needed) - Use --network host for test container to reach CI services - Add integration test runner script (starts spectrum2, runs test) - Wire integration test into extended_test target Reference: PR #443 pattern for CI service orchestration.
