What's in this release

Website

• Dynamic Release Fetching — Moved GitHub release fetching from build-time to client-side. This ensures the website always shows the latest builds regardless of repository visibility or build timing.
• Design Refinement — Improved platform headers on the download page with better spacing, responsive gaps, and premium styling.

Version bump

• package.json updated (Note: User requested no version bump for this minimal update)
• src-tauri/tauri.conf.json updated
• src-tauri/Cargo.toml updated
• website/src/pages/index.astro softwareVersion updated
• CHANGELOG.md updated

Pre-release checks

• Tested desktop app end-to-end with npm run dev
• Tested website preview locally — all pages load, releases are fetching correctly
• No personal data / credentials / TODOs leaked in the diff
• No file over 5 MB in the diff
• All required CI jobs pass

Rollout plan

1. Merge this PR → main updates
2. Cloudflare auto-deploys website to syncspeak.soumg.workers.dev
3. GitHub Actions builds desktop binaries and publishes to GitHub Releases (skipped if version is identical)
