- Add timezone utilities and context provider for frontend and admin apps - Implement timezone selector component with UI controls - Support for detecting user's local timezone and persisting preference - Add support for displaying timestamps in local timezone or UTC - Update formatters to accept timezone parameter - Integrate timezone support in TimelineView, EventTable, EventDetailModal - Update admin components to use timezone context - All formatters now timezone-aware with backward compatibility
