Cirrus CI is being shutdown:¹ Cirrus CI will shut down effective Monday, June 1, 2026. The FreeBSD 15 jobs have already stopped functioning because snaps are no longer supported. Github Actions seems to be the best thing to migrate to at present. Note that this required setting `$TERM` explicitly because it is either unset or set to something Vim does not like, causing the error: E437: Terminal capability "cm" required ¹ https://cirruslabs.org/
