grep -iE的日志关键字/错误码匹配：新增32033、privacyProxyRateLimited、privacyProxyErrorDomain、private access token、Rate-limited for token issuer、retry-after等。 - 更新诊断提示文案，将
32033与privacyProxyRateLimited纳入“被限流或取令牌失败”的判定提示中。
