According to the agent skill specification (Claude Code & Codex CLI),
SKILL.mdYAML frontmatter must contain both anameanddescriptionfield for skill indexing. Without thenamefield, certain skill parsers fail to register the skill.Discovered via SkillDoctor automated audit.
