Applied directly in c65ef36 rather than merging this PR as-is, since a straight bump needed one accompanying fix (Dependabot auto-closed this PR once it saw main already had the target version).

TypeScript 7 removes the baseUrl compilerOption (TS5102: "Option 'baseUrl' has been removed"). docs/tsconfig.json extended @docusaurus/tsconfig, which sets baseUrl and is still on 3.9.2 even in the latest Docusaurus release (3.10.2) - checked upstream, not fixed there yet. A child tsconfig can't remove an inherited key, only override its value, so overriding baseUrl didn't help.

Fix: dropped the "extends" and inlined the few compilerOptions docs/tsconfig.json actually needs (unchanged from what @docusaurus/tsconfig provided), keeping the @site/* path alias but resolved relative to this file instead of via baseUrl.

Verified: bun run typecheck and bun run build:cloudflare both pass clean on typescript 7.0.2. Confirmed against the pre-bump baseline (typescript 5.6.3) that the 17 "Multiple sidebars found" postBuild warnings from docusaurus-plugin-llms-txt are pre-existing and unrelated to this change - build exit code is 0 either way.

This PR's own diff (bumping only package.json) is superseded by c65ef36, which includes the same version bump plus the tsconfig fix and a regenerated bun.lock.
