Replaces Horizon's stock Work Sans + Anonymous Pro defaults with the DIN family across all four font_picker slots (body n3, subheading n5, heading n7, accent n7). Italic and bold-italic variants are derived automatically by Horizon's font_modify pipeline, so no extra schema slots are needed (collapses Wagner-2022's 5 legacy font_picker slots to Horizon's native 4).
