Significant changes:

1. modified Gemfile to use 3.2.3 or greater
   ruby ">=3.2.3"
2. added devise gem to Gemfile for the user model and authentication
   gem 'devise'

Completed the Encyclopedia web application.
Utilized the rails library to generate:

• home controller
• user model integrated with devise
