Also moved Karma reaction dict into its own class which is injectable.
- Add Gender enum (Unknown, Male, Female, NonBinary, Other) - Add SassLevel enum (None, Limited, Moderate, Frequent, Constant) - Add FullName (string), MiscInfo (string) persisted fields - Replace persisted Note field with computed BsonIgnore property that formats all non-identity fields as KVP for LLM prompts
