Added three reports to the /report directory: 1. new-action-type-analysis.md: Detailed repository analysis and current architecture. 2. new-action-type-architecture-review.md: Gap analysis and implementation complexity. 3. new-action-type-future-proofing.md: Scalability review and recommended future design. These reports provide a complete engineering playbook for introducing new Action Types in FlexiRule.
