Rename action-types to action-type#88

Renamed `content/en/action-types` to `content/en/action-type` to maintain consistency with the singular naming convention used in the documentation. Updated all Hugo `relref` shortcodes and path references across the codebase to point to the new location. Verified site integrity with a Hugo build.
