This PR executes a complete overhaul of the FlexiRule documentation to make it "user-first."

Key changes:

  1. Structural Reorganization: Content is now organized into intuitive sections (Getting Started, Using the Builder, Core Actions, Advanced Reference) with explicit weights for sidebar ordering.
  2. User-Centric Content: Every functional guide (e.g., Query Records, Notify, Update Record) has been rewritten to prioritize "When to Use" and "How to Configure" from a business user's perspective.
  3. Technical Isolation: Highly technical architecture details, such as Python handler class structures and internal normalization logic, have been moved to the advanced-reference/architecture/ directory to avoid cluttering the primary user experience.
  4. Hugo Optimization: All internal links have been updated to use relref shortcodes, and section metadata is correctly managed via _index.md files.
  5. Styling Compliance: Removed any traces of Tailwind CSS or custom inline styles, relying exclusively on standard Markdown and the custom Hugo theme.

- Reorganized documentation structure into Getting Started, Using the Builder, Core Actions, and Advanced Reference.
- Rewrote all functional guides to focus on business utility and "how-to" usage, removing technical jargon.
- Isolated technical implementation details (Python handlers, class structures) into `advanced-reference/architecture/actions/`.
- Ensured all internal links use Hugo `relref` and no Tailwind CSS/custom styles are used.
- Verified all section `_index.md` files for proper navigation and hierarchy.

You have reached your Codex usage limits for code reviews. You can see your limits in the Codex usage dashboard.

- Created missing architectural reference files for Sub-rule, Loop, Condition, Document Action, Stop, and Entry nodes.
- Resolved `REF_NOT_FOUND` errors in `core-actions` guides.
- Verified all `relref` links point to existing files in the reorganized structure.
