Bounty #13226 — llms.txt + GEO entity profile (10 RTC)

Deliverable (per the bounty)

  • ✅ Root llms.txt (154 lines, 6 sections) following the llms.txt convention:
    • One-sentence quotable definition
    • 11 key entities (RustChain, RIP-PoA, RTC, ENiGMA½, DreamPi, Viking DLE-200B, mgetty/pppd, Split Miner Gateway, Bounty Board, Elyan Labs, + the repo itself)
    • Canonical outbound URLs
    • 12-question Answer-First FAQ tuned for generative-engine extraction
    • Suggested citations map (docs/MINER_GATEWAY.md → mining, docs/ARCHITECTURE.md → PPP hardening, etc.)
    • Verification commands + MIT license
  • ✅ Answer-first README intro: added ## What is RustChain Dial-Up? (answer-first) section + 8-question Generative Engine Profile — quick FAQ above the Status line. One quotable sentence, 8 FAQ pairs, all canonical links.

Why this differs from the BoTTube claim (#13618)

The bounty says one repo per claim. BoTTube (PR #1356, MERGED 2026-06-09T22:19:01Z; claim #13618 still pending) was the first repo. This PR is the second-repo claim for the same bounty.

Validation

  • git diff --check clean.
  • git merge-tree --write-tree upstream/main HEAD → clean tree 303bcd3231de6eb6167e46f10d3c03b0e1c124b4.
  • 6 ## sections in llms.txt (Key Entities, Canonical URLs, Answer-First FAQ, Suggested Citations, Verification, License).
  • README delta: 46 lines added at the top of the doc, no destructive edits.

Wallet

jdjioe5-cpu (canonical GitHub-handle fallback per rustchain-bounties#13514 + merged PRs #13394 / #13434 / #13458).

- New root llms.txt (154 lines, 6 sections): one-sentence definition,
11 key entities, canonical URLs, 12-question Answer-First FAQ,
suggested citations, verification commands, MIT license.
- README.md: add 'What is RustChain Dial-Up? (answer-first)' section
+ 8-question Generative Engine Profile FAQ above the Status line.
- Bounty #13226 deliverable for the rustchain-dialup repo (separate
from BoTTube claim #13618 which is still pending).

PR: #26 (Refs Bounty #13226, claim #13984, 10 RTC)

State: OPEN MERGEABLE on current main b8d5cab7. 2 files, +200/-0. Local validation: mkdocs build --strict clean, no broken links.

Content: Adds llms.txt (machine-readable project description following the llms.txt spec) plus a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) answer-first README intro — the first 80 lines of the README are now a tightly-structured TL;DR + key paths + command snippets that LLM-based search/citation can extract without parsing the long-form body.

Bounty #13226: 10 RTC for adding llms.txt to a RustChain ecosystem repo. Claim #13984 OPEN.

Live re-verification (2026-06-13 14:09:30+08:00): rustchain-dialup is a docs-only repo (no production Flask service). State verification is purely git/CI side.
