Closing on purpose. protobuf 5 to 7 is two majors and the grpc stack (grpcio 1.68, grpcio-tools 1.80, generated stubs in exo/interweave/proto) is pinned against protobuf 5. These need one coordinated bump: grpcio + grpcio-tools + protobuf together, regen the proto stubs, and run the suite. Tracked for a deliberate pass rather than a blind bump.
