Adds position/velocity maneuvers to the sim radio to emulate the on robot maneuvers. Everything seems to be working although a lot more testing is needed to be sure that everything is actually right.
Pivot maneuvers could maybe still use a bit of tuning, the position seems to drift slightly on large radius pivots but when enabling the standard feedback it just made it worse so pivot feedback is turned off for now. The results are likely still good enough for now though.
When following paths from kenobi sometimes the robots will get to a corner and stop, I think this is more of an issue in the kenobi motion executor determining when the robot should move on to the next segment of the path. This likely won't matter with the new path planner.
